Power Grill Oven Cleaner

Caustic alkaline based oven and grill degreaser.

NZSFSA Approved C31 (All animal product except dairy)

All food surface must be throughly rised with Potable water before use.

NOT FOR USE ON ALLOYS OR GALVINISED METALS

OVENS

Light to medium soil – 100mls per 1ltr spray bottle

Spray diluted Power Grill into a WARM oven (Check it is off at the wall) leave for 10 minutes. Wipe out excess liquid with paper towels or a clean rag (Place paper in a bag and dispose of safely).

Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Heavy soiling – Use undiluted

Spray Power Grill into a WARM oven scrub any stubborn deposits with a stiff brush leave for 10 minutes. Wipe out excess liquid with paper towels or clean rag. (Place paper in a bag and dispose of safely)

Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

GRILLS HOTPLATES and PANINI GRILLS

End of service

Scrape down grill/ hotplate and while still hot mix Power Grill 50mls per 500mls warm water (Watch for spitting) this will congeal the fats. When cool scrape down.

Heavy soiling – Use undiluted

Spray Power Grill on a warm plate or grill leave to soak 5 mins. If required use a hard brush to loosen stubborn residue. Wipe off excess liquid rinse thoroughly with warm soapy water.

TO RE-SURFACE

Warm grill/hotplate, oil, increase heat allow to burn in for 5 minutes.

IMMERSION CLEANING – 500mls per 5ltr’s hot water

Place item in a sink or suitable container. Make up a solution of Power Grill in HOT water. Leave to soak for 30 minutes.  RINSE WELL
